Before joining RISA, he worked within the athletic and higher education sectors, handling both B2C and B2B relationships. His ability to connect with people and find innovative ways to provide value to customers has been a consistent theme throughout his career.
In his role at RISA, Aaron enjoys the challenge of researching companies and identifying the best ways RISA and ADAPT software can support their projects and workflows. He thrives on using a mix of tools to uncover key decision-makers and tailor solutions to each client’s needs. Constantly refining his approach and testing new techniques keeps his work dynamic and rewarding.
When it comes to productivity, Aaron relies on multiple screens and just the right level of background noise—music or podcasts during research mode and complete silence when making calls. Outside of work, he stays busy vacationing with his family, attending his kids' extracurricular activities, golfing, fishing, and playing board games with his wife and kids. As a fan of both competition and strategy, his Netflix queue is packed with shows like Suits, Designated Survivor, Alone Australia, and Full Swing.
A fun fact about Aaron? He has helped hundreds of high school athletes from around the world secure opportunities to play sports in college, including at some of the top NCAA Division I schools. If he weren’t in his current role, he’d likely be doing something involving travel or sports—two of his biggest passions.
