Open the RISA Key Manager located in C:\Program Files\RISA\RISA Key Manager, C:\RISA\RISA Key Manager or ...\RISA\RISA Key Manager folders, depending on where RISA was installed.
Confirm the Key ID shown matches the key you’re converting and the Key Type is “Standalone”.
Click on the RISA Program you are converting so the black dot is in front of that program and click Upgrade.
Enter the RUS Password from your install email.
Check the box that states Change Key Type from STANDALONE to NETWORK.
Click Upgrade.
The Key Type should now be “Network” and should show “AUTHORIZED” next to your RISA Program.
Complete steps 3-7 for each of the programs that are being converted.
